Fairmont Riyadh aimed to refresh and elevate its identity, reinforcing its position as one of the city’s leading luxury destinations. JBR Communicators was entrusted with a comprehensive repositioning project designed to modernize the brand’s visual and experiential presence while upholding Fairmont’s global brand standards.

Our approach brings together every aspect of 360° marketing — from redefining the spa with a contemporary wellness narrative to producing a resort book that elegantly showcases the property’s diverse offerings. We spearheaded the launch of House of Grill, the hotel’s signature fine dining venue, and led the rebranding of Pesto into Che Figata, introducing a vibrant, modern Italian dining experience.

A key element of the repositioning was the creation of premium content — editorial-style photography, cinematic video production, and storytelling-driven copywriting deployed across all platforms. This was supported by end-to-end social media management, ensuring a consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and alignment with Fairmont’s identity.

Our partnership extended across all marketing touchpoints, delivering 360° brand management and overseeing the creative direction and execution of seasonal campaigns, including Ramadan and festive celebrations. At every stage, we ensured that creative innovation was balanced with strict adherence to brand standards, safeguarding both consistency and prestige.

The repositioning has led to successful launches, greater visibility across digital and offline channels, and recognition through industry awards, strengthening Fairmont Riyadh’s position as a landmark of timeless hospitality
