From the ground up, JBR Communicators partnered with the property to establish a strong and consistent brand presence that reflects both international standards and local authenticity.

We delivered a comprehensive launch and marketing strategy — beginning with brand consultancy to craft a cohesive identity that embodied the fusion of Swiss precision and Saudi heritage. Our team established and managed the property’s digital presence, including social media platforms, content creation, content calendars, and community engagement to build awareness and long-term loyalty.

Beyond digital, we designed bespoke packaging, on-property collateral, and branded materials that elevated the guest experience. High-quality photography and video production showcased the property’s lifestyle, amenities, and services, while tailored storytelling across digital and print platforms reinforced brand identity. The project also included positioning support for F&B offerings, ensuring dining concepts were presented as an integral part of the serviced-living experience.

These efforts resulted in strong pre-opening visibility, rapid digital growth, and an engaged online community, driving interest from both local and international markets.
